Part Time- Research and Communications Officer

Our client is seeking an individual with exceptional Administration experience ideally within Research and Comms.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Temp-Perm or on going - long term temp-

3.5 days a week Tuesday - Friday lunch time

Starting Immediately

Mostly working from home; Occasional office visit-

Westminster

Previous experience within a similar and fast paced administrative position would be essential;

Salary 25-26K

Who will you be working for?

Our client represents a diverse range of schools and their heads, up to 160 Schools- across the UK.

The Schools this business represents are expects in their field of educating Girls.

The main focus of this role is to:

Communications To support all aspects of the client's communications ensuring consistent branding.

  • Develop the client's Weekly Mailing using Mailchimp
  • Support and contribute to website copy and updates to both the public facing and restricted "MemberZone" areas
  • To keep Mail Chimp databases up to date
  • To support the clients presence on social media as per the Communications Plan

Research and Analysis

  • To manage the client's Research Library which is updated weekly
  • To manage client's Research Committee including setting agendas and writing minutes for termly meetings
  • To conduct regular analysis of public and internal data tables such as the department for Education school and exam statistics and surveys in relation to other items of interest such as sport participation for girls and member feedback surveys.

You will need:

Essential

  • Ability to work at pace in a team and independently.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, delivering work to set deadlines and reacting to changing circumstances without compromising quality and standards.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of multi-disciplinary staff.
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.)
  • Uses a systematic approach to planning and organising.

Desirable

  • Experience of Social Media in a more formal setting
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection legislation including information governance.
  • Experience with Mailchimp and Word Press.
