Mixxos are recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor to join the team of our client who are leading in their industry! The role is a 12 month fixed term contract to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities for a Customer Support Advisor:

  • Processing of orders
  • Manage all orders from receipt to shipment
  • Customer queries
  • Invoice support
  • Support other departments
  • Investigate orders

Key Skills for a Customer Support Advisor:

  • A driving license is necessary due to the location of the role
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Organised and great attention to detail
  • Able to multi task
  • Excellent communication skills
