Job Opportunity: Experienced Conveyancer

A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy caseload of 25 new files per month, with full support from an assistant, shared secretary, and post-registration clerk. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality client service while managing a diverse caseload using the firm's case management system
- Ensure compliance with AML and risk policies
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to meet financial targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while developing new business opportunities
- Engage in business development activities and nurture a network of contacts and referrers
- Stay updated on legal developments and complete required training
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience managing a full caseload of 25 new instructions per month
- Strong technical skills covering a wide range of property transactions, including freehold house sales, shared ownership leases, and rural properties
- Excellent time management, communication, and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in using a case management system
- Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail
