As a Relationship Enablement Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the relationship management teams by handling a high volume of operational and administrative tasks. This position is pivotal in allowing our front-line teams to focus on client-facing activities, as you manage the back-end processes ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end management of client requests, including account modifications, additional account setups, and overdraft management.
- Support the relationship management team by facilitating the operational execution of client services.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions, maintaining constant communication with clients throughout the process.
- Handle a portfolio of 20-30 live cases, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in middle office or similar administrative roles within financial services, with a keen interest in increasing client interaction.
- Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage high volumes of work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a majority of tasks conducted via email alongside occasional client calls.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a small, dynamic team environment.
Interview Process
Two-stage interview focusing on values-based competencies and alignment with the business and client culture.
- Day Rate: £200 per day (PAYE)
- Only one day a week in office
- Contract Type: Maternity cover with potential extension
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
