About the Company:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Azure Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent role offering a hybrid approach to work, providing the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as required. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, specifically in the context of working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). You will play a critical role in managing our Azure environment, ensuring the smooth deployment and operation of applications, and overseeing release management processes.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Azure Management: Manage, monitor, and optimize Azure environments, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
- Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Integration: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of D365 F&O on the Azure platform.
- Release Management: Oversee and coordinate release management processes, ensuring successful deployments, and minimizing risks associated with changes.
- Run Book Management: Develop, maintain, and execute run books to ensure standardized and efficient operational processes. Provide clear documentation for troubleshooting and escalation procedures.
- Azure Best Practices: Implement and enforce Azure best practices, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Automation & Scripting: Utilize automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, ARM templates) to automate routine tasks and optimize deployment processes.
- Incident & Problem Management: Provide support for incident resolution and root cause analysis, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, optimize system performance, and contribute to the overall enhancement of IT operations.
Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
- Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Strong understanding of release management processes and methodologies.
- Experience developing and managing run books for operational processes.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
Required Skills:
