Junior Service Desk Analyst - 6 month contract - based in Folkestone, Kent
My client a top insurance company are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 6-month initial contract. This will be initially working in their offices based in Folkestone full time with some flexibility after training.
Please note this role will be paid via an umbrella company.
You will be responsible for the following;
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower complexity.
- Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
Key skills & experience required:
- Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
- Strong customer service experience, aswell as clear verbal and written communication skills
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.
