An award-winning independent Cost and Project Management Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their vibrant Liverpool office.
The Quantity Surveyor Role
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving team of 7 Quantity Surveyors and Employers Agents, within a wider team of 15+ professionals, working within the firms Social Housing division.
Working on dynamic new build and refurbishment Social Housing projects across the Northwest region, this role offers a hybrid working structure, with three days based at the office or on-site and the remainder from home, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will have a proven history of delivering Employer's Agent services for Social Housing schemes. The company provides ample opportunities for internal progression to a Senior QS role, along with extensive support for ongoing professional development and Chartership through their highly regarded internal APC program.
The Quantity Surveyor
The new Quantity Surveyor will be someone who thrives in a friendly and supportive environment, someone seeking greater opportunities for progression and development. You will also have:
- A construction related degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Experience working on Social Housing projects
- Experience working in an Employers Agent role
- MRICS is highly desirable or someone in need of support to achieve chartership
