Our client is seeking an Electrical Surveyor to support forced entries to properties and carry out electrical inspections alongside their contractor. This is a vital role that involves working out in the borough, approximately 3-4 days a week. As such, the successful candidate must have access to their own car.
Responsibilities:
Conducting electrical inspections in properties
Determining and confirming the necessary works based on inspection findings
Collaborating effectively with the contractor and their team
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in electrical inspections
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations
Good problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driving licence and access to own car
