I am working with a reputable law firm in East Dulwich who are seeking a 3 PQE Housing Solicitor to join them in their pursuit of becoming the go to Social Housing firm in Battersea.
They are seeking someone with comprehensive expertise in housing law, covering areas such as possession proceedings, cases related to substandard housing conditions, and homelessness applications. As well as experience dealing with possession issue, disrepair and tenancy dispute proceedings
A dedication to promoting access to justice is crucial, alongside a solid understanding of the legal aid system. Additionally, you should possess the capability to offer guidance and supervision to a team of emerging lawyers as the firm expands.
Previous involvement in private client matters would be beneficial. In this role, you'll collaborate with colleagues who specialise in housing, community care, and public law.
