Continuous Improvement Analyst –

Central Nottingham / Hybrid

£35,000 - £45,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits

This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced Continuous Improvement Analyst with a proven track record to join their delivery team. You will be given significant autonomy in this role and take ownership for scoping, planning and executing continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the business.

As a specialist in continuous improvement processes and implementation, you will work alongside stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions which result in increased quality, efficiency, performance and customer value. A background of working in sectors such as insurance, finance, legal, accounting etc, would be beneficial.

The role will be hybrid, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in their central Nottingham office. There is also the option to work one of those days in central Birmingham if that is more convenient.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather insights and feedback on existing processes, systems, and operations to identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Leading continuous improvement projects through the project lifecycle
  • Reviewing and evaluating business processes to identify waste and opportunities
  • Identify, develop and implement solutions which align with business needs and strategy, maximise customer value, and provide return on investment.
  • Creating process documentation and driving effective process management and governance
  • Driving a continuous improvement culture through the delivery of CI learning

Requirements:

  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects
  • Professional services background would be beneficial e.g. Financial Services, Insurance, Legal
  • Project and Change Management
  • Process and value stream mapping, root cause analysis, workshop facilitation, data analysis
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience delivering continuous improvement training would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
