NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - AMAZON & E-COMMERCE

Zachary Daniels seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to lead sales strategies for platforms like Amazon, Argos, and direct-to-consumer.

You must have a strong grasp of Amazon's marketplace, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience. You'll be fluent in Amazon's operations, metrics, and best practices. Additionally, experience managing relationships with major High Street retailers or grocers is crucial. You will also need to demonstrate an ability to track, report, and achieve key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities as National Account Manager:

  • Amazon Account Ownership: Manage all aspects of the Amazon account, from product setup and listing optimisation to sales forecasting, aiming to maximise sell-in/sell-out.
  • Sales Growth: Analyse performance metrics and develop strategies to expand market share
  • E-commerce Strategy: Drive digital sales
  • Data & KPI Management: Utilise tools like Google Analytics and Vendor Central to track performance, report KPIs, and propose actionable improvements.
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure profitable opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with major retailers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' Account Management experience, including 2 years with Amazon.
  • Proven success with Amazon AMS marketing, data analysis, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel for reporting.
