Junior Office Manager

A brilliant opportunity for a Junior Office Manager to work at a software house based in Cambridge, to be the first point of contact, and to coordinate day to day operations. This role is offered within a rapidly growing, successful software company with abundant growth opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to begin a career in Office Management.

Location - Cambridge - 5 days in office - 9.30am - 6pm

Salary - Up to £26,000 per annum + great benefits

Requirements for Office Manager:

  • Highly organised
  • A friendly and welcoming personality
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Brilliant attention to detail
  • Great IT skills with Microsoft Office
  • No prior experience is necessary - just all of the above attributes!

Responsibilities for Office Manager:

  • Welcome all visitors to the company ensuring an excellent first impression
  • Maintain responsibility for meeting room bookings
  • Manage daily operations
  • Support in resolving maintenance & repairs issues
  • Order administration supplies
  • Manage internal of policies such as first aid and health & safety
  • Other admin duties as required
