The London Borough of Lambeth is Looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their team for Complex Cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for a few complex cases, supporting the ASYE Social Workers and less experienced Social Workers, and supporting the Team Manager in reaching KPI's.
Key Responsibilities include:
- High need/complex assessments
- Multi-agency working
- Safeguarding enquiries
- Court Work
- Preparing and presenting complex information in a range of settings
Requirements for this role are:
- A professional qualification in Social Work
- At least 5 years of post-qualifying experience
- A SWE registration
