Are you a strategic, commercially-minded HR Business Partner who is looking for an opportunity to work within an organisation whose people are very much on the agenda, and support positive organisational change?

Salary up to £70k + Car/ Car Allowance + Benefits

Hybrid working - 2 days from home with 3 days travel to a variety of locations. Base office either Birmingham or near Oxford, with weekly travel to both.

Partnering with the Business Unit Director and their Senior Leadership team, as HR Business Partner you will develop the people strategy across your business area. You will support the SLT around coaching and developing Management Capability to drive high performing teams, identify and support Talent, as well as Engagement and any complex ER cases.

Having worked in a multi-site role within an operational business previously you will be able to demonstrate how you have successfully influenced stakeholders around change. You will have a strong commercial approach to ensure the People strategy supports the overall business.
