About the role:

We have a great opportunity for you! West London College is currently looking for a dynamic and visionary individual to join us as our Teaching and Learning Improvement Manager, preferably with a STEM background but not exclusively. Leading and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment across various college programs such as classroom-based learning, apprenticeships, and distance learning. The role aims to ensure high-quality educational experiences for students to help them succeed in their studies and future endeavours.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing and overseeing teaching and learning improvement strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness throughout the college.
Coordinating the lesson observation process, including learning walks and deep dives, to impact teaching and learning development.
Managing and monitoring the work of Learning Coaches, including reviewing reflective action plans and identifying trends and interventions for improvement.
Analyzing complex data related to retention, achievement, and attendance to maintain student success through targeted interventions.
