Project Manager (Refurbishments and Construction)
Venn Group are supporting an organisation based in West London with the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead Major Projects from inception to completion
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months, ongoing (up to 5 years)
- Rate: £48.00 per hour
- Location: West London
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Effectively manage the timely delivery of new construction projects
- Prepare project briefs and provide detail on all backlog maintenance items included in minor/ major works schemes and remedial works
- Hold accountability for budget management, decision making, forecasting and reporting
- Ensure corrective action is taken efficiently when issues arise
- Manage consultants and contractors
The successful candidate will have:
- NEC Contract administration experience
- RIBA Stages plan of work
- Procurement including P23
