Office-Based Role

A sustainability-led promotional merchandise company in Brixton is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join their team in Brixton. This is a client-facing role where you'll manage projects end-to-end, building strong relationships and delivering branded merchandise that's both impactful and sustainably sourced. Acting as a trusted adviser, you'll guide clients through the entire process, from initial brief to final delivery, ensuring every project runs smoothly and delivers on both commercial goals and environmental values.

You must have a background in promotional merchandise and a solid understanding of the industry.

Duties include:

Client Partnership & Growth

  • Build lasting partnerships with clients who share our commitment to sustainable business

  • Guide clients through ESG-compliant merchandise solutions that align with their

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships whilst prospecting for like-minded
  • new clients
  • Present innovative, eco-friendly alternatives that don't compromise on quality or impact

Project & Account Management

  • Manage comprehensive project lifecycles from quotation through artwork approval to timely delivery
  • Coordinate VIP client webstores, working closely with our web development and fulfilment teams
  • Oversee product sourcing with our global network of certified sustainable suppliers
  • Ensure all deliverables meet our rigorous quality and sustainability standards

Strategic Support & Development

  • Contribute to client presentations showcasing our latest sustainable innovations
  • Support marketing initiatives including social campaigns highlighting our environmental impact Mentor new team members on sustainable merchandise best practices
  • Collaborate in sales meetings focused on ESG-driven opportunities

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in promotional merchandise, sustainable products, or client-facing sales roles
  • Strong understanding of branding, print techniques, and production workflows
  • Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices and ESG principles (highly desirable)
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Workbooks experience a plus), Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and environmental impact
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident and articulate presenter, comfortable leading client-facing meetings and discussions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
