Excellent interpersonal skills are required, as the role involves collaborating with other departments to drive change and success.
What will the Management Accountant role involve?
- Overseeing and supervising the reconciliation of crucial Balance Sheet accounts, analysing performance in comparison to budget and previous months.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to support business improvement.
- Maintaining the Budget Model and preparing budgets.
- Reviewing and enhancing financial controls and processes.
- Evaluating, developing, and implementing systems to enhance efficiency and control.
Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:
- Qualified Accountant (ACMA/ICAEW).
- Ability to build good working relationships.
- Hand on approach.
