Duties:
- Engage with customers face to face in store
- Provide advice
- Showcase the collection of products
- Conduct sales transactions
- Upsell and also cross sell products
- Keep customers informed when there are new style or pieces become available
- Add customers to waiting lists where necessary
Requirements
- Immaculate personal presentation and well-spoken.
- Previous experience of retail sales within the luxury sector is essential
