Technical Manager - East London - New Build Residential
A Technical Manager is required to oversee design packages on a large residential lead mixed use project in East London. The scheme is valued at £100m and will commence on site in Sep 2024. It is scheduled to be completed in December 2025. The successful candidate will have experience of working on new build residential projects with at least two references to support this. Reporting directly to a visiting Senior Technical Manager and site based Project Director any potential candidates are welcomed from either a construction, consultancy or architectural background.
The Technical Manager will also have experience of working both on site and in the head office. Upon completion of this scheme there will be further projects available but these will be likely be based initially in the head office (Central London) for at least the first 3 months.
Applicants must have experience of working on projects of at least £20m with leading residential Developers, Architectural Practices or Consultancies with supporting references. They must also live within a commutable distance of Central / West London.
