I'm working on behalf of my client, a global leading insurance provider, who is looking to hire a skilled and client-focused Corporate Account Handler to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support both new and existing clients, working closely with experienced Account Executives to provide exceptional service and drive account retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation for new and existing clients, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Obtain and present renewal terms, researching suitable alternatives to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Handle insurer queries, confirm cover, process policies, and manage mid-term adjustments.
- Ensure timely delivery and approval of policy documentation.
- Support Account Managers with account queries, credit control, and escalate concerns as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with large commercial or corporate clients (UK and international).
- Strong technical knowledge of Property, Casualty, Motor, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurance.
- Cert CII/Dip CII/ACII (or working towards) and GCSEs or equivalent.
- Proven track record of achieving SLAs and working to targets in a regulated environment.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Acturis and MS Office.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
