In this role, you will mentor and share your expertise with students, guiding them toward successful careers.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Electrical Installation.
- Develop and implement lesson plans and schemes of work according to curriculum requirements.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Support students in exam and assessment preparation.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
**Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- 18th Edition
- Teaching qualification
- Teaching experience in Electrical Installation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
**Details:
- Position Type: contracting - Until December with possible extension
- Working Days: Full-time only
- Hours: 25 hours a week - negotiable
