My client, a world leader in navigational systems and technologies is looking for a Production Support Engineer to join their growing company. An exciting opening to work on world leading products for a well established organisation.
Job Responsibilities as a Production Support Engineer:
- Assist Operations to ensure a high quality production output
- Provide Weekly reviews within the Production team
- Creation of test rigs and software for verification
- The providing of engineering technical input to any Production issues
- Work closely with Operations
- Push forward Production improvements
- Maintenance of Production Equipment
- Ensuring risk assessments have been taken for health and safety
- Work with Engineering and Operations with the implementation of new equipment
Your Production Support Engineer background:
- Someone who is pro-active and motivated
- You will have a knowledge of repair fault finding
- Previous experience of working in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Experience of ensuring OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Familiar with process improvements of equipment and systems
- Preferable that you have worked in an electronics environment involving PCBs
