Are you a Non-Destructive Testing Supervisor or similar with a PCN Level 2 qualification in Ultrasonic Testing seeking an autonomous role where you will be the go-to expert for all NDT activities within a well-established company offering flexible working hours, increased holiday, and further training to upskill yourself?
This well-established company, celebrating its 30th anniversary in the coming months, continues to thrive by providing essential repair and overhaul services within the rail industry. With a consistently growing headcount, the friendly yet ambitious team is looking for a new NDT Lead to drive the business forward amidst ongoing growth
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assisting with the specification, documentation, and verification of the client's equipment, ensuring that other Technicians comply with NDT processes and industry standards. You will also handle the calibration of all NDT equipment and act as the liaison between the team and management, occasionally conducting site visits as needed. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm, with an early finish at 12pm on Fridays.

The Role:
