Coverholder Oversight Assistant

I'm working closely with a well-regarded Lloyd's broker who are looking to hire a Coverholder Oversight Assistant to join their team. This role will provide support around delegated authority matters by working closely with several departments across the company. This role will offer support with the management of the broker's relationships with its Coverholders and will assist in ensuring all Coverholders follow compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of regular reports, covering reporting delays, audit reports and findings.
  • Assist in the gathering of due diligence information for new Coverholders.
  • Review and address gaps in due diligence for prospective Coverholders, ensuring compliance to support the approval process.
  • Oversee Coverholders' compliance with insurer requirements and assist with annual compliance tasks and Coverholder attestations.

Key Skills:

  • Experience of London Market is preferred.
  • Competent using computerised systems and standard software.
