Office Manager

I am currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a fun and dynamic team, on a permanent and full time basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and previous experience in an Administrative position.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Office Manager position –

  • Liaise and support the company directors, with the smooth operation of the business.
  • Work alongside HR to maintain and update office policies.
  • Distribute IT equipment across the office.
  • Involvement with the recruitment / onboarding process of the new hires.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings.
  • Book and manage travel requirements for the team, both domestic and internationally.
  • Organise office and team events.

Requirements for the Office Manager position –

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrator.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Use of emailing scheduling tools, such as Mailchimp and Boomerang.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Any qualifications in Administration are desirable however not essential.
