- Sourcing, tendering and supplier relationship management

- Strategically manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures within the supply chain.
- Lead procurement initiatives for the Industrial/Manufacturing division.
- Regularly review supplier performance and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
- Adhere to all company and regulatory procurement policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in the procurement and supply chain process.
Profile
A successful Sourcing Manager should have:
