Client Host – High End Property
£24k - £28k - depending on experience

A fantastic opportunity for a Client Host to join an award-winning high end Property firm in one of their City based offices. You will work alongside a team of Client Hosts and Business Managers to deliver a world-class service.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in a client facing role, and be well presented, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with high net worth clients.

The Role:
- Handle client requests in a professional manner, maintaining high standards at all time
- Host client events, creating luxurious experiences for clients
- Participate in bespoke office design projects, developing your interior design skills to create show offices that support the sales department
- Booking taxi's, hotels and restaurants promptly
- Ordering supplies and invoicing
- Assist with client transitions including IT, Facilities and Onboarding duties (training provided)
- Handle post, deliveries and couriers
- Track client monthly spends and support the finance department
- Conduct regular building checks to ensure exceptional space standards
Essential requirements:
- 1+ years' experience within a client facing role
- Well presented and able to represent the brand at all times
- Detail-orientated
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude, with the ability to problem solve
- Dedicated, self-motivated and diligent
- Proficient in email handling and Microsoft Office
