Description

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
  • Coordinate project-based work.
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Supervise and train other office staff.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Record, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
