We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at NHS Professionals. Oxford Health are looking for a Senior HR advisor to assist with a portfolio of ER cases and organisational change.
Duties
- Supporting the HR Team in providing advice, support and facilitation to ensure that the Trust is able to develop and deliver a People & OD Strategy that responds to identified service needs and to national and local performance targets.
- You will provide a comprehensive, proactive and professional expert HR advisory service to line managers across the Trust. This will include: Supporting the HR Consultant in leading and implementing organisational change.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on aspects of employment law and best practice including the management of a defined Employee Relations case load.
Requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Taleo, Workday, and PeopleSoft
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Previous experience in supervising HR functions is desirable
- Ability to analyse data for HR reporting purposes
