Search Recruitment Group are seeking an enthusiastic, newly-qualified Physiotherapist to join an innovative health organisation through a structured Academy Program designed for early-career professionals. About the Academy Program:
This mandatory two-year Academy Program is tailored for newly-qualified Physiotherapists. It provides a structured, supportive pathway that includes modules on Clinical Excellence, Clinical Psychology, Communication, Functional Rehabilitation, and Holistic Care. Weekly clinical supervision, monthly CPD training meetings, and hands-on mentorship equip trainees with a multi-specialty, holistic approach to learning.
The organisation is deeply committed to ongoing staff development, offering an annual training budget to support additional specialised training. With connections to key regional health networks and university research programs, this role provides an excellent foundation for career growth and development.
What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications: CSP and HCPC registration (either obtained or in process) and a degree in Physiotherapy
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours to meet patient and team needs
  • Commitment: Passion for evidence-based practice and holistic patient care
  • Skills: Strong communication, IT, organisation, and time management skills
  • Team Spirit: Interest in ongoing professional development, and participating in team building and social activities
