E-Commerce Sales Manager FMCG

The role:

Steering digital sales strategy in the UK & Ireland. This role will report to the UK Sales & Marketing Director, acting as the subject matter expert for e-commerce and online retail campaigns. Confidently selling to major players within the market and building long-standing relationships.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales through the integration and execution of a fresh e-commerce strategy
  • Liaising with internal teams to incorporate current operational & logistical frameworks
  • Ensuring product listings are accurate and up to date then replenished as required
  • Identifying and prioritising growth opportunities based on current trends
  • Managing digital marketing campaigns including SEO & PPC
  • Ensuring seamless customer journey from site navigation to purchase
  • Adjusting strategies to optimise ROI after analysing campaign performance

The person:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in consumer goods or e-commerce
  • Self-reliant building relationships and selling capabilities
  • Confident managing client portfolio and maintaining relationships
  • Able to people manage and task delegate
  • Proficient in sales software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
