Hayley Group Limited have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Executive to work within our growing HR team based in Halesowen, West Midlands.

About the Role:

As our Recruitment Executive you will play a critical role in the organisation's talent acquisition process. The responsibility requires future vision and you will get to play a hands-on role in our recruitment activities.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (Office Based)

Key responsibilities of our Recruitment Executive role will include:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent that aligns with the company's goals and culture.
  • Lead and execute effective recruitment projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the ATS software, including posting of job adverts.
  • Support the onboarding process.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods including job boards, social media and networking events.
  • Support hiring managers where applicable with screening, interviews, and assess candidates to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and understand their recruitment needs to develop appropriate job descriptions and specifications, and plan for future talent requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain the company careers page.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics and analyse data to identify areas on improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice through employer branding initiatives to attract high quality candidates.

Skills and attributes we're looking for in our Recruitment Executive role:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment manager/executive/consultant.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive and a team player.
  • Understanding of the MRO industry/sales environment would be beneficial.
