This role aims to support the finance team. The role is varied, with tasks centring around basic accounts. Client invoicing /worker payment knowledge is required, but it is not essential. This can be highly pressurised as there are strict deadlines.
Accountabilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- Assist with accounts receivable; recording incoming payments, allocation of payments
- Assist with accounts payable; recording incoming payments, allocation of payments
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliation
- Implementation of a cashflow report to assist with daily business decisions
- Assist with monthly finance reporting
- Assist with budget and audit requests
- Maintaining and following the correct procedures set by Workwell Global, whilst upholding legislation
- Updating Excel spreadsheets
Responsibilities
- Working within a fast-paced environment, dealing with high volume invoicing within a deadline driven environment
- Knowledge of the processes from inception to completion of receipts and payments
- Ability to pick up and adhere to Workwell Global processes
