If so, we are looking for someone to join our team in our Tipton depot as a Contracts Administrator.

Your day-to-day duties will be data entry in line with ISO/GDPR and the management of various software packages and spreadsheets. You will be processing customer orders and product trials and running credit checks when required. As part of your role, you will deal with customer relations and assisting with query resolutions. You will have the full support of dedicated Contracts Managers and be able to deputise when required.

What can you expect as a Contracts Administrator at phs Besafe?

  • You will manage customer orders and accounts, processing all data and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Your knowledge and skills will be utilised in the management of order databases, product sample trials and the raising of purchase orders.
  • You will assist the Contracts Managers and attend business meetings when required.
  • You will be reporting directly to the Head of Customer Support with great support from department heads.
  • You will be trusted to update our business development teams, account managers and laundries while keeping our customers informed.

What will you need to be a Contracts Administrator at phs Besafe?

  • Experience of order processing and customer services.
  • Familiarity with basic Microsoft packages.
  • Organisational skills and the wiliness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous experience as an administrator, or within the customer services industry would be beneficial.
  • Great attention to detail and computer literacy will help you as you progress through your career with phs Besafe.
