As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the production and manufacturing functions of the business to effectively deliver against the business KPIs and strategy, thus ensuring long term sustainability and supporting growth by providing strong commercial execution of the company's strategic plan from an operational perspective.
Responsible for the direct management of the Manufacturing Team, including Repack operations, you will provide guidance and leadership to ensure effective operations and services are maintained.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive operations strategy to support 98% OTIF target and budget
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining high quality
- Oversee day-to-day Production and Repack operations
- Implement new systems and processes for efficiency and performance
- Manage resources to maximize output and control costs
- Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to HSE requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in senior management within manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in automation, change management, and budgetary responsibility
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- LEAN / SixSigma certification and engineering background preferred
