We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Community Pharmacist to join our friendly team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, advising patients on medication management, and promoting health and wellness initiatives within the community.
Key Duties
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide professional advice on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
- Conduct medication reviews and health consultations.
- Support patients with chronic disease management.
- Engage with the community through health promotion activities and educational workshops.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
- Registered Pharmacist with a valid GPhC registration.
- Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for patient care and community health.
