About The Job:
In this exciting opportunity, your role as a Claims Negotiator will involve efficiently managing a caseload of claims in accordance with service standards. As a valuable member of our client's team, you will have the opportunity to run your own caseload with minimal supervision, developing your expertise in issuing proceedings for motor accident cases. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills will be utilised as you handle claims correspondence and establish liability and indemnity on allocated claims.
Key Accountabilities - Once Fully Trained:
Independently running your own caseload
Developing the capability of issuing proceedings for motor accident cases
Processing allocated claims and utilising advanced Case Management systems
Handling all new claims correspondence
Establishing liability and indemnity on allocated claims
Negotiating claims through to conclusion, up to the point of a Hearing
Maintaining an effective diary regime
Seeking appropriate managerial guidance when needed for complex claims
Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in issuing proceedings for RTA's
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional planning, prioritisation, and organisation skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence colleagues
Proficiency in computer literacy, with the ability to adapt to new technologies
