Your new company
Hays are supporting a number of nurseries in the Sefton area, including Formby. I am looking for experienced practitioners, ideally qualified to level 2 or 3, who want a new challenge. You will be working for Hays, which means you have flexibility to choose where you want to work, how many hours a week you want to pick up, and which days you are available for. We work with nurseries who need cover for day to day bookings as well as long-term, ongoing cover.
Your new role
You will work as part of a fantastic team to ensure your room runs smoothly, working in partnership with parents and ensuring an engaging environment and effective learning opportunities. You will ensure that all children attending the setting are kept safe and that all legislation in relation to Health and Safety and Safeguarding is complied with. You will be supporting the delivery of the curriculum, ensuring all children are receiving the best opportunities for learning and development.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in nursery settings or with young children
- Ideally qualified to level 2 or 3
- Willing to undertake necessary training - First Aid, Safeguarding
- Willing to work flexibly depending on the needs of settings
