We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Beauty Lecturer to join our client's educational team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in nurturing and educating aspiring beauty professionals, sharing their expertise in beauty and cosmetology subjects.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Delivering engaging lectures and practical sessions on beauty techniques, skincare, makeup, and hairstyling.
  • Developing and updating course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
  • Providing personalized guidance and support to students, fostering their skills and creativity.
  • Keeping up too date of industry trends and advancements to ensure the curriculum is current and relevant.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
  • A recognised teaching qualification.
  • An assessor qualification is highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Beauty Lecturer or in a similar educational role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
  • A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to the success and development of students.
