We are looking for either an Assistant Marketing Manager or a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The job title selected will be dependent on the successful applicant's experience and expertise.

These events consistently attract thousands of attendees and are held not only in the UK but also internationally in Miami, Abu Dhabi, and Singapore. As we continue to experience rapid growth, we are seeking a talented Asst./Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive excellence from the front.

As Asst./Marketing Manager, you will drive the marketing strategies for a range of UK and International high-profile events, including exhibitions, award shows, conferences and webinars, using innovative and data-driven approaches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Development: Create and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, and print channels to drive delegate registrations, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with media partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • SEO/PPC & Site Management: Improve organic and paid search results, manage event website content, design, and analytics to boost performance.
  • Content & Copywriting: Develop engaging copy for ads, websites, and marketing materials. Maintain and refresh web content, ensuring effective media partnerships.
  • Social Media & Community: Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, fostering online engagement.
  • Creative Design: Produce visual assets for campaigns using Adobe Suite and ensure brand consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Train and manage team members, if required, fostering collaboration.
  • Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyse data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Event Coordination: Organise company presence at events, ensuring effective promotion and brand representation.
  • Strategic Development: Work with the Head of Marketing to identify trends and implement new strategies.
  • Fulfil additional duties as needed, aligned with business goals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 2-5 years' experience in a b2b Marketing role. Events/Exhibitions experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in relevant qualification i.e. Marketing.
  • Sound working knowledge of Adobe Suite. Experience using Mail Chimp, WordPress, Apollo.
  • Strong content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive marketing materials.
  • A data-driven mindset, focused on analysing and optimising campaign performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Willingness to travel.
