We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a passion for fashion and a strong administrative background to join our high street womenswear fashion supplier team. Established in 2005, our company is in a phase of growth, and we need a dedicated individual to support our administrative team and contribute to our success.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Process stock orders using in-house software and Shopify.
- Manage weekly stock replenishment using Excel sheets.
- Import weekly sales data into the system.
- Handle stock transfers and make new-in styles live on the website.
- Process returns and manage other administrative duties to assist the Head of Retail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and numerate with outstanding IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate, dynamic, and enthusiastic about fashion.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
