An established Law Firm located in North West London are recruiting for a Legal Secretary with a background in conveyancing to join their team on a part time basis (2-3 full days a week).
This client is a market leader within their field and this lucrative role offers a great salary package amongst other benefits.
Duties include:
- Supporting Partner in all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Amending and preparing documentation (including contracts, leases, invoices etc)
- Drafting transfers, contracts, leases, certificates of title, and sales documents
- Collating auction packs
- Producing invoices for clients
- Preparing Land Registry and Stamp Duty applications
- Performing and reporting on Anti Money Laundering procedures and compliance
Key skills/attributes:
- Minimum three years experience in conveyancing
- SDLT knowledge essential
- Case management knowledge desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
