Education Boutique (Part of Eteach Group) is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our Tutoring and Alternative Provision Team in our HQ Bracknell office. You will work with Local Authorities and Schools to place in-person tutors with young people with additional needs to reintegrate them back into suitable educational settings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships with schools and tutors
- Engage in business development and warm sales activities
- Proactively win new business from new and existing clients
- Attract and interview potential candidates in your designated areas
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve career and earning goals
- Provide exceptional levels of customer service
- Follow internal safeguarding procedures to ensure concerns are raised appropriately.
- Maintain good record-keeping
Requirements:
- Passionate about supporting SEN learners to reintegrate back into suitable settings
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism in challenging situations
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Commitment and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated and competitive individual
