Business Development Coordinator
- Salary: £23,000 Basic per annum with up to £40,000 On Target Earnings (negotiable)

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our clients professional and friendly team. This role is based at their head office in Snetterton and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a company with a real TEAM ethos. Day to Day of the role:
- Proactively manage a sales pipeline and qualify leads through outbound sales activity.
- Develop a targeted strategy to identify and win new business in line with annual targets.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements, resulting in issuing service proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date sales data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Meet and exceed new business and KPI targets to ensure desirable revenue generation and sustainable business practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in achieving or exceeding new business sales targets.
- Familiarity with working in a high-volume call sales environment.
- Demonstrable grit and determination to succeed in sales.
- Strong sales capabilities, including identifying and engaging with decision makers and managing effective discovery conversations leading to successful appointments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive value-add solutions for customers.
