We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.

We are looking for someone to act as a customer services account manager to deal with a number of their accounts across the UK.

Role:

You will be responsible for;

  • Full ownership dealing with all customer queries (phone and email) efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure accuracy of order processing (SAP), including correct pricing to eliminate any invoice pricing queries
  • Manage any supply or delivery issues
  • Maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will;

  • Previous experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately
  • Computer literate - Intermediate knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills with ability to use own initiative
  • Experience working with a CRM

Package:

  • Basic Salary up to £27,000
