Data Analyst Mansfield/ Hybrid
My client based in Mansfield is looking for a Data Analyst with excellent Excel skills to join their team based in Mansfield on a Hybrid basis.
The main purpose of the role is to
- To support the Operation and Maintenance contract renewal project team in the bidders' evaluation process.
- To support the Operation and Maintenance contract renewal project team in the development of the Financial Modelling for the submission of the Operation and Maintenance Contract Renewal full business case.
- To support maintenance of asset database, ensuring updates are replicated across all information streams.
The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- To maintain and update records of all data changes within the evaluation models, ensuring traceability and accountability throughout the procurement process.
- To manage the integrity of pricing models, ensuring that no unauthorized changes are made and that any necessary amendments are consistently applied across all data models.
- To support the evaluation of bids during the procurement exercise, ensuring a thorough analysis and comparison of bidder submissions.
- To develop the "Should Cost Model" by working closely with the Finance Business Partner and other relevant subject matter experts.
- To continuously improve the "Should Cost Model" by working with internal and external stakeholders to produce the most accurate representation of costs available.
- To update asset lists and information, ensuring there is a single version of the truth and all data sets are current and accurate to reflect any changes.
You should have:
- Advanced Excel skills,
- Experience handling large data sets
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent Data Analysis skills.
