Melissa at TN Recruits Temps is currently collaborating with an outstanding local firm as they search for a Temporary Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organisation that values strong relationships and invests heavily in the training and progression of our team members.
Rate: £140 - £175 per day
Duration: Up to 3 months
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (with a half-hour break)
Location: Crowborough
Your Role:
You'll be a key player in the accounts receivable team, ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of credit checks, project loading, and invoicing procedures. You'll work closely with colleagues and clients, contributing to the company's mission of meeting strict deadlines with precision and efficiency.
Daily Duties:
- Set up customers and perform credit checks.
- Set up sites and jobs in Spectrum and Netsuite.
- Action job variations in Spectrum and Netsuite.
- Invoice jobs accurately.
- Post invoices onto customer portals.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism.
What You Bring:
- Proficient Computer Skills: Comfortable with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Organisational Excellence: Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Numeracy Skills: Strong ability to work with numbers and financial data.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
