We offer a range of L&D services, with our four primary products being professional qualifications, apprenticeships, training managed services and in-house training. We are a market leading centre for all levels of CIPD professional qualifications and we are expanding our CIPD delivery team, looking for HR and L&D professionals who share our passion for learning and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drawing upon your professional experience to provide tailored 1:1 support for our candidates
- Delivery of online sessions
- Contribute to the development of course materials
- Assess candidates work and provide regular, constructive feedback to aid progression
- Have confidence in our blended learning approach and using our online technology to deliver a high quality service
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a practical HR or L&D role
- CIPD Chartered Member or above
- Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD L7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management/ Learning and Development
- Proven track record of programme delivery within online learning environments
- Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials
- Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high quality constructive feedback
