We are a market leading centre for all levels of CIPD professional qualifications and we are expanding our CIPD delivery team, looking for HR and L&D professionals who share our passion for learning and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drawing upon your professional experience to provide tailored 1:1 support for our candidates
  • Delivery of online sessions
  • Contribute to the development of course materials
  • Assess candidates work and provide regular, constructive feedback to aid progression
  • Have confidence in our blended learning approach and using our online technology to deliver a high quality service

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a practical HR or L&D role
  • CIPD Chartered Member or above
  • Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD L7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management/ Learning and Development
  • Proven track record of programme delivery within online learning environments
  • Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials
  • Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high quality constructive feedback
