The key responsibilities of Team Assistant are :
- Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings
- Collect and organise research reports, models and company reports
- Book travel arrangements including flight and hotel
- Process expenses
- Learn about International Equities technology infrastructure
- Log meeting details
- Planning Calendars, screening for conflicts and making sure teams are prepared for meetings
Profile
The successful Team Assistant will have :
- 2 years Administration experience
- Degree educated or NVQ Level 5
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong time management skills
- Passionate about the day to day core of the role
